Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ABC NOVA platform and related services. By accessing or using ABC NOVA, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of Service
ABC NOVA is an operational intelligence platform designed to enhance intake workflows, reporting, accountability, attorney productivity, note management, and visibility within Clio Grow.
Independent Application
ABC NOVA is an independent software application. ABC NOVA is not owned or operated by Clio. Use of ABC NOVA requires customer authorization to connect with supported third-party systems, including Clio Grow.
Authorized Use
Users agree to use ABC NOVA solely for lawful business purposes related to legal intake operations, reporting, workflow administration, attorney productivity, and related practice management activities.
Integration with Clio
ABC NOVA integrates with Clio Grow through secure OAuth 2.0 authorization. By authorizing the integration, users permit ABC NOVA to access information required to provide requested functionality.
Data Usage
ABC NOVA processes customer information only to support reporting, analytics, workflow visibility, note management, voice-to-text functionality, matter review, and authorized user actions. ABC NOVA does not sell customer data.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, ensuring authorized use of the platform, and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.
Service Availability
ABC NOVA is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, enhanced, or discontinued as the platform evolves to improve performance, security, and functionality.
Intellectual Property
ABC NOVA, including its software, branding, design, content, workflows, and related intellectual property, remains the property of ABC NOVA.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC NOVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
