ABC NOVA is committed to protecting customer information and maintaining transparency in how information is accessed, used, and protected. This Privacy Policy explains the information ABC NOVA may access through authorized integrations and how that information is used to provide the platform.
Information We Access
Through authorized integrations, including Clio Grow, ABC NOVA may access contact information, matter and intake information, workflow status information, notes, activity data, source information, reporting data, and user-generated content entered into the platform.
How We Use Information
ABC NOVA uses information solely to provide intake visibility, workflow accountability, reporting, analytics, note management, voice-to-text functionality, matter review tools, and other authorized user actions requested by the customer.
Data Sharing
ABC NOVA does not sell customer data. ABC NOVA does not disclose customer data to unauthorized third parties. Information is processed only to provide the services requested by the customer and to support authorized integrations selected by the customer.
Security
ABC NOVA uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect customer information, including OAuth 2.0 authorization, HTTPS/TLS encrypted communications, restricted access controls, and secure cloud-hosted infrastructure.
Data Retention
Information is retained only as necessary to provide the platform, maintain system functionality, support authorized user activity, and comply with applicable obligations.
User Control
Customers may revoke ABC NOVA’s access through their Clio authorization settings or by contacting ABC NOVA support.
